Sherry has been simply fantastic to work with. Were it not for her, I am not sure I would have had the courage to pursue out of state real estate investing. Not only is she intimately knowledgeable about the financial aspect of how to properly run numbers on an investment property, but her experience as a property manager gives her an edge over the competition as she can estimate precisely what a unit will rent for in a given neighborhood. In addition, despite her busy schedule, she seems to always find time to answer any questions or concerns, no matter the time of day.
